Send us your supporting documents primarily via the online service. You can add supporting documents for as long as we have not yet made a decision on your application.
You can log in to the adult student benefits online service through Suomi.fi authentication. In the Suomi.fi service, you can identify yourself with personal online banking IDs, a mobile certificate or a certificate card.
The online service works best with the latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge (Chromium), and Safari browsers. If you are having technical issues, please make sure to check from the settings that you are using the latest version of your browser. The online service does not work with Internet Explorer.
Our online service is unavailable between 1.00 and 4.00 am due to database updates.
